Terms of Service
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Multi Agent Manager ("MAM", "we", "us") — including the desktop application, the companion Chrome extension, and this website. By installing or using MAM, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use MAM.
The service
MAM is a desktop tool that helps you organize and switch between third-party AI chat tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot. It includes optional Team Projects features that let you collaborate with others on saved chat references. MAM does not provide the underlying AI services — those are operated by their respective providers and governed by their own terms.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or older if your local law requires a higher age of digital consent) to use MAM.
- To use Team Projects, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens through your account, including activity by your collaborators on projects you own.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use MAM for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the terms of the third-party services it interacts with (e.g., the AI providers).
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, projects, or sessions.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of MAM beyond what is permitted by applicable law, and never for purposes of building a competing product.
- Use MAM to send spam, malware, phishing content, or other abusive material — including by abusing the team invite flow to send unsolicited invitations.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of MAM, including by overloading the backend with automated requests.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially redistribute MAM or any part of it without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice.
Your content
You own the content you provide to MAM — project names, saved chat metadata, notes, tags, share/collaborate URLs, feedback submissions. By providing it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely as needed to operate the service for you and your invited collaborators.
MAM does not upload or store the contents of your AI chat conversations themselves. We only store the references and metadata you explicitly save. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what is and isn't collected.
Third-party services
MAM relies on or integrates with third-party services to function. Your use of those services through MAM is also subject to their terms:
- The AI chat providers you connect to (OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, etc.). MAM observes their interfaces; it doesn't bypass their authentication or rate limits.
- Google for sign-in (OAuth).
- Supabase for authentication, database, and serverless functions.
- Resend for transactional email delivery.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Intellectual property
MAM, including its source code, branding, documentation, and website, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of MAM to you. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to install and run MAM for your personal or internal business use.
Fees
MAM is currently free to install and use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms and clearly identify which features require payment before you incur any charges.
Disclaimers
MAM is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that MAM will be error-free, secure, or that any data stored in it will be preserved without loss.
Because MAM depends on third-party AI tools and services that change frequently, features may break or behave unexpectedly when those upstream services change. We will fix things as quickly as we can, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime or response time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of MAM, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to MAM is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for MAM in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $20.
Termination
- You may stop using MAM at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email support@multiagentmanager.app.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if continued use poses a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the service.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify active users by email or in-app message. Your continued use of MAM after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where consumer protection laws of your country grant you stronger rights, those rights also apply.
