Delete your account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Multi Agent Manager account and the data associated with it. The same account is used across the Multi Agent Manager desktop app, the mobile companion app, and this website.
Option 1 — Stop mobile sync (removes synced mobile data)
If you only want to remove the data that syncs to the mobile app, open the Multi Agent Manager desktop app, go to Settings → Sync to Mobile, and turn it off. This immediately removes your synced chats (titles and status), device records, and push tokens from our servers. Your account itself remains, so you can keep using the desktop app.
Option 2 — Delete your entire account and all data
To request full deletion of your account and all associated data:
- Email support@multiagentmanager.app from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my account" (or include it in the message) so we can identify your request.
- We verify the request comes from your account email, delete your data, and email you to confirm once it is complete.
What is deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently delete:
- Your account record and profile (email address, account identifier).
- Your synced chat metadata — chat titles, status, timestamps, agent type, and which of your desktops each chat ran on.
- Your device records and push-notification tokens.
- Any Team Projects you own, and your membership in shared projects.
What is kept, and for how long
- Account & synced data: removed from our live systems within 30 days of your request, and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days.
- Records we must retain: we may keep a minimal record required for legal, security, or anti-abuse purposes (for example, a one-way hashed IP used for spam triage), which contains no readable personal data.
- Data on your own computer: local app data lives on your device, not our servers — it is removed when you uninstall the app or clear the Multi Agent Manager data directory.
We never store the contents of your AI conversations — only their titles and status — so there are no conversation contents on our side to delete.
