Delete your account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Multi Agent Manager account and the data associated with it. The same account is used across the Multi Agent Manager desktop app, the mobile companion app, and this website.

Option 1 — Stop mobile sync (removes synced mobile data)

If you only want to remove the data that syncs to the mobile app, open the Multi Agent Manager desktop app, go to Settings → Sync to Mobile, and turn it off. This immediately removes your synced chats (titles and status), device records, and push tokens from our servers. Your account itself remains, so you can keep using the desktop app.

Option 2 — Delete your entire account and all data

To request full deletion of your account and all associated data:

  1. Email support@multiagentmanager.app from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my account" (or include it in the message) so we can identify your request.
  3. We verify the request comes from your account email, delete your data, and email you to confirm once it is complete.

We never store the contents of your AI conversations — only their titles and status — so there are no conversation contents on our side to delete.
